Made By CNC's Selling Policy provides the terms and
conditions governing the use of our web site,

it’s products, services, information or any other
material or knowledge that may be acquired either for
free or for a paid fee by you. You agree to use

in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and
regulations and in accordance with the terms and
conditions discussed below.
Product Quality
We only sell brand new items and every effort is
taken to ensure items leave in perfect condition and are
packaged to protect them while in transit. Any item that
arrives damaged MUST be reported to us within 48
hours of receipt of your purchase.
Prices And Specifications
We work very hard to make sure that advertised prices
are accurate. However, errors can happen and we cannot
control price fluctuations. Therefore, prices and
specifications are subject to change without notice. If
you have ordered an item that it appears has incurred a
price change, we will hold your order and notify you
before your purchase is shipped. If a manufacturer has
changed the specifications of a product, we are not
responsible for any such changes, however we will hold
the order and contact you first.
Also,
we cannot be responsible for any typographical errors in
pricing or specification. The pictures shown of the
items we sell have been selected to best represent what
the actual product looks like. Pictures of items in all of our advertising are
for illustration purposes only. Because manufacturers do
not always notify us of changes, actual products shipped
may vary slightly. If you need to know if your item will
look any different please contact
us, most items do match exactly the item displayed
and those that don't normally will have a note saying so
in the description.
Product Availability
We try to always have all our items in stock,
however from time to time we may need to order the
product in, in which case the order will take 3-5 days
longer to arrive. If it comes to attention that a product
ordered is not in stock or no longer available we will contact you as
soon as we are aware of the problem. If you are not
prepared to wait we will arrange for
an item equal in value or a refund to be sent.
Security
As we use third party payment processors (see
Payment Options) all critical
personal and credit card information is handled on a
secure and established web site.
Can I cancel
my order..?
If your order has yet to be shipped then you
may cancel the order and we will refund your
full payment in the same manner as we received
it.
Errors And Omissions
We work very hard to make sure that all content
of our website is accurate. However, we are
humans and might make a mistake once in a while.
Made By CNC cannot be held responsible for
typographical errors or omissions. When we
verbally quote any price or specification about
any product, we are providing that information
from the documentation supplied to us.
Good-faith effort is made to ensure that the
information is accurate. However, we cannot be
held responsible if prices or specifications
that we quote are later found to be in error or
were in part or fully omitted.
Limitation of Liability
All merchandise is sold in good faith to be as

will not be responsible for any accidental,
consequential or any other special damages which
may occur after you have received the item.
While enormous efforts have been taken to ensure
complete security and safety of all information
and products, Made By CNC will not be
responsible for any damages resulting from
server attack, hack, or virus, be it against our
server's or any of our third party payment
processors. In no event will Made BY CNC be
responsible for any amount which exceeds the
amount paid by the customer for an item at
issue.
